The State of Nevada continued to produce a record number of new jobs in October. The unemployment rate, which was 4.2% in September, fell to 4.1% in October. Las Vegas real estate agent Alex Smith has a great story to tell! In his own words….check this out! You’re not going to believe this one. Well, maybe you will. I was checking up on one of my rental properties last weekend and thought I would change the air filters. It’s a vacant property…ready to move in…available for rent in the north end of town off of Loosse Road. NOW, what I want to know is if you go to show another agents’ listing and a bird flies in the window…wouldn’t you think to call the listing agent and say something instead of letting a bird hang out in the laundry room??
