Summerlin Real Estate Continues to Grow and Expand!

Friday, November 4th, 2005

Can you believe it? The Summerlin master-planned community in Las Vegas is 22,500 acres in total. Even more amazing is the fact that there are only 7000 un-developed acres to go before it’s essentially finished! Believe it or not, they only started in 1990 and they’ve covered 15,500 acres with beautiful Summerlin real estate already. Summerlin is divided into distinct residential villages and approximately 37,000 Summerlin homes are layered across 19 villages that have already been completed. What’s still to come? A big increase in shopping and dining venues and the new Red Rock Resort and Casino. Also be on the look-out for some urban-style loft development and a ground-breaking urban-style village called Altura. MS Las Vegas Real Estate has been doing business in Summerlin for over a decade.
