You Know it's Official When they Start Pouring the Concrete!

Friday, October 6th, 2006

Right around midnight a few nights ago, a convoy of concrete trucks rumbled into Downtown Las Vegas to deliver the foundation (literally) for Phase 1 of the Juhl Las Vegas condominium development. How many trucks? Believe it or not, it took over 100 trucks and just about eight hours to get the job done. CityMark Development of San Diego is spending $167 million to create a new urban-living environment comprised of six buildings (ranging from six to fifteen stories) designed around a mixed-use residential/retail theme in the heart of Las Vegas. Juhl will offer Las Vegas condos, lofts, studios and penthouse units for a total of 341 new urban-style Las Vegas homes combined with 24,000 square feet of retail space. Located at the corner of Bonneville and Third Street, Juhl luxury condos will play an important role in the ongoing process of revitalization in the Downtown corridor. Looking for Land in Las Vegas? How About 70 Acres in the Middle of it All?

Friday, October 6th, 2006

After three years of hard work and who knows how many schmoozing sessions, two local businessmen have pieced together a prime 70-acre parcel of land between the Stratosphere Tower and the Charleston Blvd Arts District. MS Las Vegas Real Estate congratulates Robert Reel and Thomas Prato, who formed TR Las Vegas LLC to provide the basis for this endeavor. The name of this incredible feat of negotiating prowess is “Project Neon Lights” and local analysts have valued their parcel at eight million dollars an acre! This historic opportunity to become a major player in the revitalization of Downtown Las Vegas is being marketed to development companies world-wide. Robert Reel emphasizes that the size and scale of Project Neon Lights makes it suitable for a mixed-use development that could include a hotel-casino, retail shops, high-rise condominiums and other commercial buildings. The truth is, the Las Vegas real estate possibilities are endless. As we keep saying over and over, Las Vegas is the next major American city. Grab your 70 acres while you can!
