Reservations are being accepted for the second of four buildings at Boca Raton Condominiums, which will be built near the intersection of Las Vegas Boulevard and Serene Avenue. The $400 million, guard-gated development will feature four seven-story buildings with 756 units. Floor plans measure 593 to about 2,300 square feet, and are priced from the mid-$200,000s to more than $1 million. The first phase of 173 Las Vegas homes is set for completion in late summer 2006. Resident amenities will include a 10,000-square-foot clubhouse, two resort-style pools, spas, and walking and running trails.
