Renowned architect Frank Gehry has been commissioned to design a building in Las Vegas! The Pritzker-Prize winning architect has a number of famous projects to his name including the Guggenheim Museum in Spain and the Walt Disney Concert Hall in Los Angeles. Now Frank Gehry has been commissioned to design a building in Las Vegas. Considered one of the world’s leading architects, Gehry will design the Alzheimer’s disease research center in the downtown Union Park development. Mayor Oscar Goodman will formally make the announcement at today’s City Council meeting. Las Vegas is a real city, we just can’t say it enough.
