Don’t tell me you didn’t know that Las Vegas has a great ski facility 45 minutes from the strip! Mount Charleston is home to the Las Vegas Ski Resort and the temperature today was 60 degrees with bright sun and plenty of snow! Awesome recreational activities are just one more reason for buying Las Vegas real estate. This town has plenty of residents that stay plenty busy and never set foot in a casino!
