The market for Las Vegas real estate is taking another step forward in quality. Pulte Homes and Del Webb have spent months developing the Nevada Area Elite Contractor program so they could share the companies’ award-winning custom service practices with their contractor partners. The goal is to ensure that each Las Vegas home buyer receives the same level of service not only from the Las Vegas home builder but the contractors as well. The first class was held recently at The Revere at Anthem. In addition to teaching the class, customer relations employees Monica Diaz, Denisse Calvo, Alfredo Soto and Ryan Brunson gathered all of the materials, translated the Leader Guides and created the presentation in Spanish.The builder offers 19 Las Vegas new homes subdivisions in Southern Nevada, including Amber Ridge in Henderson Nevada; Westchester Hills in the southwest; Silverstone Ranch and Wyeth Ranch in the northwest; Treviso, Pavona, Salerno and the Terrasini condominiums in Aliante; and Cordova in Summerlin.
