According to the National Association of Realtors, the median price of an existing single-family home was $189,000 in January, up from $171,000 a year earlier. The median price of a re-sale Las Vegas home was $250,000 in January, up from $183,000 a year earlier. Real estate in Las Vegas has consistently out-performed over the past 12 months.
