The U.S. Department of Transportation’s Bureau of Transportation Statistics said last week that Las Vegas’ primary airport handled nearly 19.3 million domestic enplanements in 2004, up more than 14.5 percent from the prior year’s 16.8 million. The increase pushed McCarran ahead of Phoenix’s Sky Harbor International, which fell to seventh place after ranking fifth in 2003. Las Vegas Nevada continues to be a city on the move and Las Vegas real estate continues to be a direct reflection of that process.
