Four Toll Bros. subdivisions of Greater Las Vegas real estate have nearly reached a complete sell-out phase. The Reserve collection at two locations, Red Rock Country Club within the Summerlin community and the MacDonald Highlands community of Henderson real estate, have both entered the closing portion of home sales. In addition, only a few Las Vegas luxury homes remain at the Terra Bella and North Canyon Estates neighborhoods in northwest Las Vegas. Las Vegas luxury golf homes continue to be in high demand.
