Mountain’s Edge Continues to Move Forward

While the number of new-home reservations continues to expand at Mountain’s Edge, so does infrastructure work at the 3,000-acre master-planned community in the southwestern valley. Company officials said that when the first residents move in, they will see that flood-control measures have been taken, numerous roadways have been paved, and common areas have been landscaped with mature trees and plants. Additional infrastructure has either been completed or is near completion, including a power substation that will serve the community of more than 12,000 homes. Custom streetlights have already been installed. Mountain’s Edge is planned to include a fire station, four elementary schools, two middle schools, one high school, shopping centers, restaurants and office space. MS Las Vegas Real Estate would be happy to introduce you to this exciting new master-planned community.
