Clark County Commissioners have granted approval to Olympia Gaming for a master-plan to develop a 100-acre site that will include retail, gaming, hotel and entertainment on south Las Vegas Boulevard by St. Rose Parkway. The project is slated to begin operation in 2008. This stunning addition to Southern Highlands real estate will include a $750 million hotel-casino with 610 rooms. Residents of Las Vegas homes in several nearby communities will be able to enjoy this new resort.
