I was recently showing Summerlin real estate to a client and came across a Summerlin home with the most amazing views I’ve seen in that part of the Las Vegas valley in a long time. The view from the upstairs game room was breathtaking in scope. You could see from Southern Highlands, to the strip, to the north, to the east. Every part of our stunning valley was on display. Here’s the best part: The views from this particular Summerlin home will never be obstructed because all of the Las Vegas real estate in front of it is already fully developed!
