Linda Pelaez

Born in South America, Linda is from Manta, Ecuador, but was raised in Simi Valley, CA from the age of six.  Her background and upbringing have enabled her to master both English and Spanish, as she reads, writes, and speaks both fluently.  Fortunately for her, throughout her previous career in education and now in real estate, she has enjoyed the opportunity of putting this skill to good use.

Before moving to Las Vegas with her husband Mike more than 8 years ago, she was an educator for the Los Angeles Unified School District for several years where her bilingual skills where greatly needed.  Her years working as a teacher developed her already strong sense of patience, organization, and inter-personal skills, which she has directly applied to her work as a Las Vegas real estate agent. 

Her goal as a real estate agent is to guide her clients throughout the home buying/selling process in this ever-changing Las Vegas real estate market while maintaining a client for life.  Whatever your goals may be, rest assured that Linda constantly strives to meet the needs of her clients, giving them the quality care and attention they deserve.

When she’s not busy with clients, Linda enjoys quiet times at home with her husband, jet-skiing, visiting friends, or taking time to visit family in California.  She is also an avid animal lover, and enjoys contributing to and working with the local chapter of the Humane Society, helping strays and spreading the message to spay and neuter your pets.
