Originally from Oakland County Michigan, Michael made his way across the country working for Hyatt Hotels and Resorts.
 
His impeccable work ethic immediately established him as the GO TO MAN and he experienced a series of upward promotions. 

Michael was first promoted to Banquet Manager at the Hyatt Regency Crown Center in Kansas City, MO and again at the Hyatt Regency Miami as the Catering and Convention Services Manager only 1 ½ years later.

In 1992 when the executive offices of Caesars Palace heard of his level of expertise and commitment to quality service, Michael was recruited and relocated to Las Vegas where he immediately fell in love with the city. 

Michael’s reputation once again flourished and he was continually recruited and promoted to Management and Director Positions at the Mirage, the JW Marriott, Green Valley Ranch and Red Rock Resorts.

His leadership qualities were called on to train and manage a team of 160 members at the JW Marriott.

 Michael’s written in stone policy – “ listen to the customer” and do whatever it takes to “please the customer”.

Having established himself as a man of endearing qualities and an excellent
communicator, Michael was promoted to Director of Sales at Red Rock where he single handedly booked over $20 million in hotel room revenue. 

He did all this before the hotel was even built and while managing his team! 

Michael’s vision and his ability to negotiate make him invaluable to any client looking for solid representation, which is why his previous experiences make him so successful representing real estate buyers and sellers.
